“Ashleigh is one of the most caring people I’ve met. She makes it feel so easy to be vulnerable and honest”

- Brittany, Melbourne

Meet Ashleigh

Born and raised in the southeast suburbs of Melbourne, I’ve had the pleasure of calling the Mornington Peninsula my home for many years now. Being this close to the stunning beaches and bushlands fuels my sense of curiosity and wonder, nourishing my own self-care and mindfulness practice.

Over a decade ago, I began my career in the creative design industry before following my calling to support people with their emotional and mental wellbeing. My mind-body-spirit approach is fostered by a strong personal connection with the universe and my ongoing education of the mind-body connection.

My lived-experience of chronic illness and family violence led me to specialise in supporting women and girls like myself. Those who care “too-much”, who feel things deeply, and don’t quite fit in. Those with sensitive nervous systems, who are prone to people-pleasing and are still learning how to hold boundaries while staying self-regulated. I am here to pass on what I have learned about creating a fulfilling life with supportive relationships and optimal wellbeing.

“I highly recommend Ashleigh’s sessions. She comes highly qualified and conducts her sessions with great empathy and love.”

- Mary, Melbourne

A Creative Approach

An overview

Ashleigh’s modern approach and pairing of modalities is unique to the mental health community. Her foundations in creative arts therapy inform her person-centered methodology and facilitation practice. Further integrated with the fundamental principles of non-judgement and self-acceptance taught by Buddhist philosophy, and the psychosomatic healing powers of self-regulation through EFT tapping.

Ashleigh’s grounded east-meets-west approach is underpinned by a decade of personal development and a lifetime of compassionate care work. Her personal life has led her to environmental campaigning, volunteer work to support people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage, and 15 years of vegetarianism.
